The View at The Palm at a glance
The View is the observation deck in the Palm Tower on the trunk of Palm Jumeirah. The regular platform is on floor 52, at a height of 240 m. The Next Level is a higher platform on floor 54, at 250 m, and it has its own ticket. You enter through the lobby and exhibition on the eastern roof area of Palm Jumeirah Mall, the mall that was called Nakheel Mall until 3 September 2025.
The visit includes an exhibition on how the island was built. Prices on this page are from-prices in AED for 2026. The price for your date and time slot is the one shown at checkout.

Our picks: The View at The Palm
The plain ticket covers the Level 52 deck and the exhibition, and the VIP option is the one with a guided visit and a lounge. Take the combination if you also want a boat ride on the same day: it adds a meal box, drinks and a yacht cruise to an off-peak deck visit. A further deck ticket adds the interactive theatre on the island's history to Level 52.

| The Next Level | Floor 54, with standard admission and Fast Track included | 190 and 130 |

Children aged 3 to 12 need a child ticket, and children under 3 enter free, so pick the right category at checkout. For most visitors, standard admission is the right start. Add the Next Level if you want the higher platform and Fast Track in one ticket, and book the food and drink options only if you want to eat or drink up there.
There is also a UAE residents offer: entry plus a non-alcoholic drink from AED 95 for adults aged 13 and over and from AED 70 for children aged 3 and over. It is for residents, not a tourist price.
Opening hours and time slots
Opening is 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. or 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., with last entry at 7 p.m., so check the hours for your date. Tickets are sold for non-prime slots from 10:00 to 15:30 and prime slots from 16:00 to 19:00. Prime slots are in the late afternoon, so book those early.
Arrive 15 minutes before your ticket time. Your ticket time is a time slot, so plan to be at the tower before it, not just near the mall.
The sun is strongest from June to September. If you visit in that season, a late slot is more comfortable than midday. The best time page has the monthly temperatures.

Rules to know before you go
Ages, bags and refunds.
Ages
Children aged 3 to 12 pay the child price. Under 3 is free. Anyone under 16 must come with a paying adult aged 21 or over.
Bags
Strollers and shopping bags go into lockers. Travel luggage is not accepted, so leave suitcases at your hotel.
Refunds
Tickets are generally non-refundable and non-transferable. A limited view because of haze or cloud does not give you a refund. Service fees and taxes can be added at checkout.
The Pointe
The waterfront complex at the end of the trunk is closed. Do not plan an evening meal or a fountain show there.
How to get to the Palm Tower
The tower stands beside Palm Jumeirah Mall on the trunk.
The Palm Monorail stops at Palm Jumeirah Mall, but it is temporarily suspended for maintenance until further notice. Do not build your plan around it. A taxi is the simple way to reach the mall entrance. The getting there page lists the metro and tram steps, and the monorail page explains the current situation.
The Palm Tower also holds a hotel on floors 1 to 18. A stay there is separate from a viewing ticket. If you want to understand what you see from the deck, read the history of the island first. For views from the water, see the yacht tours. A day at the Aquaventure waterpark is a day of its own.
