Rules, season and what to bring
No previous experience is needed, non-swimmers may ride in the life jacket, and pregnant women cannot take part. Arrive 20 minutes before departure with your original passport or Emirates ID, and bring swimwear, a towel and sunscreen.
Dubai's maritime rules require life jackets and set the riding area: jet skis stay within two nautical miles of the coast, must be back before sunset and may not run inside the buoys that mark the swimming areas. If the weather or sea is unsuitable, the ride is moved to a new date. October to April is the recommended season for outdoor activities in Dubai.
